ABOUT

With a background in theology and science, Hannah seeks to deliver unique images and stories which transform how people see, interact, and care for the natural world.

After 16 years working in Parish Ministry, Hannah left the church to find a way to serve God by caring for Creation and the restoring the broken relationship between people and the environment.  Her passion for science lead her to pursue post-graduate work in in Limnology, the study of Freshwater ecosystems.  A photographer since her early teens, Hannah discovered that her passion for photography and writing paired well with her love of teaching people about the science of aquatic environments as well as the spiritual imperative of caring for the natural world.

This work has become a new calling for Hannah as she seeks to use her dynamic education, faith, and photography to open dialogue spaces with others about the crucial role that humans play in the global ecosystems they inhabit.  Hannah also works in small group settings, including retreats and workshops, to enable people to reconnect with the natural world and one another through a philosophy she calls "Re-Wilding the Spirit."

Hannah lives and works 8 months of the year in Vermont, where she did most of her growing up.  The other four months of the year, she lives and volunteers on the island nation of Bonaire, N.A. in the south of the Caribbean Sea. There, she can usually be found behind a lens, whether underwater or on land.
